Qilu First Prefilled Ranibizumab Biosimilar Coming to Canada

On August 26, Qilu Pharmaceutical’s Ranibizumab Prefilled Syringe was shipped to Canada, set to become the first ranibizumab biosimilar in a prefilled syringe presentation on the Canadian market. Just last week, the vial formulation of Ranibizumab Injection was also dispatched to Canada. This shipment marks a groundbreaking milestone for domestic ophthalmic biologics, enabling simultaneous supply of two formulations in the North American market.
